Returns and Refund Policy All merchandise returns must be approved by ScaleLabels.com. No returns will be accepted without this approval. All returns are evaluated on a case by case basis and some or all of the following return charges may apply: If the wrong item was ordered by you: 1. A 25% restocking fee may apply. This fee is used to re-box and re-inventory products. Custom label runs are not returnable and non refundable. If the item is not list as an active item in the webstore, it is a custom item. 2. The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date. 3. The merchandise must be unused and received in new condition, in the original packaging. Merchandise that has been used or is not received in the original packaging may be subject to a 50% restocking fee. 4. UPS Call Tags will be issued to return the product, You the customer will be responsible for the cost of the Call Tag as well as the return shipping costs. Shipping related charges are not refundable. If the wrong product was shipped by us: 1. The correct product will be shipped immediately. If necessary, expedited shipping will be used to ship a partial order to meet the customers immediate needs. The balance of the order will be shipped ground. All at ScaleLabels.com's expense. 2. UPS call tags will be issued to the customer to return the merchandise. Simply place the UPS Call Tag on the box and hand it to your UPS driver or drop the package off at a UPS shipping location. The box will be returned to us.
