*** NOTICE: Shipping Charges will be added to your Invoice Total after we determine the most cost effective way to ship. Most orders are shipped Via UPS, we Master Box Cases and use other means to reduce shipping costs for you. This software figures all shipping cost from one location and does not figure in these discounts. We have several shipping locations and ship from our location nearest you. We also ship partial cases Next Day Air, to save you money on shipping charges. You must call in your order for Special Handling on Next Day Air Packages. We also utilize trucking companies, and local delivery companies based on availability and size of order. Charges for shipping and handling are added as a separate item to each invoice. All discounts are passed on to the customer. You will be Invoiced at our COST for the Shipping Charges. Policies Order Processing ScaleLabels.com processes and ships orders to United States address only. Order Payment ScaleLabels.com accepts the following forms of payment: Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Check. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments. If over $5,000 an additional 2.5% will be added to cover credit card fees. Net 30 Day accounts can be established OAC (On Approved Credit).  A third party is used for credit card processing, and credit card verification. Your credit card will not be billed until we determine the lowest possible shipping costs for your order. These costs will not exceed the cost shown on the webstore without your prior approval. We do not store your credit card information on our server, it is erased as soon as your order is processed through our SSL. ScaleLabels.com will never ask for or send your credit card number via email. Your personal information is kept secure. This information is protected against loss and unauthorized access by limiting it to only those employees who have a legitimate business need for the information. Returns and Refund Policy All merchandise returns must be approved by ScaleLabels.com. No returns will be accepted without this approval. All returns are evaluated on a case by case basis and some or all of the following return charges may apply: If the wrong item was ordered by you: 1. A 25% restocking fee may apply. This fee is used to re-box and re-inventory products. 2. The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date. 3. The merchandise must be unused and received in new condition, in the original packaging. Merchandise that has been used or is not received in the original packaging may be subject to a 50% restocking fee. 4. Ups Call Tags will be issued to return the product, You the customer will be responsible for the cost of the Call Tag as well as the return shipping costs. Shipping related charges are not refundable. If the wrong product was shipped by us: 1. The correct product will be shipped immediately. If necessary, expedited shipping will be used to ship a partial order to meet the customers immediate needs. The balance of the order will be shipped ground. All at ScaleLabels.com's expense. 2. UPS call tags will be issued to the customer to return the merchandise. Simply place the UPS Call Tag on the box and hand it to your UPS driver or drop the package off at a UPS shipping location. The box will be returned to us at No Charge to the customer. Privacy Policy Our customers privacy is important to ScaleLables.com.
